정한김 교수의 연구실은 농약 잔류 분석 및 생체 샘플에서의 다성분 분석을 핵심으로 하며, LC-MS/MS와 UPLC-QTOF MS를 활용한 정밀한 대사체 분석 기법을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히 인간 혈청, 소변, 모발 등 생체 유체에서 농약과 약물 잔류물을 동시에 정량하는 빠르고 정밀한 분석 방법을 지속적으로 최적화하고 있습니다. 또한 고분자 물질의 액정 성질을 조절하기 위한 고분자 설계와 특성 분석에도 관심을 기울이고 있습니다.

A screening method for simultaneous analysis of 379 pesticides in human serum was developed using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). LGC-42153, 2-fluoro-1-[3-(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-ylcarbamoylsulfamoyl)pyridin-2-yl] propyl methoxyacetate, is a new sulfonylurea herbicide for use in rice.
