정원원 교수의 연구실은 간호학 교육 및 임상 간호 실무의 질적 향상을 목표로 하며, 인공지능 기반 학습 지원 도구, 가상현실 기반 교육 프로그램, 간호사의 직무 만족도 및 조직 유대감 향상 전략 등 다양한 기술과 심리사회적 요소를 융합한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 코로나19 패안 상황에서의 비대면 교육 대체 방안과 간호사의 이직률 감소를 위한 조직적 지원 체계 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한, 간호학생의 자기주도 학습 능력 향상과 임상적 판단력 향상을 위한 혁신적 교육 기술 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.

The findings of our study highlighted the potential of artificial intelligence chatbot programs as an educational assistance tool to promote nursing college students' interest in education and self-directed learning. Moreover, such programs can be effective in enhancing nursing students' skills in non-face-to face-situations caused by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
To reduce nurses' turnover rate, this study recommends developing plans to improve their organizational commitment because it mediates role stress and turnover intention.
These findings confirmed that the VR stimulation program for nursing students had a positive effect on their self-efficacy, clinical reasoning capacity, and learning satisfaction. Furthermore, it was effective in improving their nursing competence.

This study is significant as it provides longitudinal evidence of the impact of parenting stress and parental control attitudes on children's problem behaviors. The findings suggest that accurately assessing changes in parenting stress and parental control attitudes and developing intervention programs to reduce them will be effective in reducing problem behaviors in children.

Results of this study indicate that nurse managers should put increased effort in reducing nurses' organizational cynicism and improving their organizational commitment, two contrary parameters. At the same time managers need to develop plans to establish social capital more efficiently so that nurses have lower turnover intention.

This study aimed to classify the latent class of parenting attitude for parents with preschool children and school-age children, identify the pattern of transition in the type of parenting attitude over time, and determine the influencing factors associated with the transition.
