Jinhee Lee 교수의 연구실은 감염병, 특히 결핵과 HIV의 면역 역학을 중심으로, 숙주-병원체 상호작용과 면역 반응의 분자 기전을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 마우스 모델을 활용한 결핵에 대한 면역 반응 분석과 인간 면역 시스템을 재현하는 생물학적 모델 개발을 통해 질병의 병태생리학을 이해하고자 합니다. 또한 청소년 자살 위험 평가 모델 개발을 통해 정신건강 문제에 대한 예측 및 맞춤형 간병 전략을 제안하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 인공지능 기반 개인화 화장품 추천 시스템 개발을 통해 의료 외 분야의 응용도 확장하고 있습니다.
