김진권 교수 연구실은 뇌졸중, 특히 급성 뇌경색 환자를 대상으로 한 예후 예측 및 생체마커와 혈관 변화의 연관성을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. RDW, baPWV, 알칼리인산효소, 혈압 차이 등 다양한 생리적 지표가 뇌졸중 환자의 기능적 예후 및 생존에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 있으며, 특히 심혈관 예후와 관련된 비침습적 지표의 임상적 유용성에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한, 약물 치료의 적정성과 생체지표 간의 상관관계를 분석함으로써 개인화된 뇌졸중 관리 전략 개발에 기여하고자 합니다.

Stroke patients are at high risk of developing pneumonia, which is major cause of post-stroke mortality.
