이 교수의 연구실은 파킨슨병의 임상적 특성과 생물학적 기전을 이해하기 위해 웨어러블 기반의 자동 상태 감지 기술과 생체막대체 물질을 활용한 진단 생물학적 마커 탐색에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 약물 투여 상태(On/Off 상태)의 실시간 모니터링과 자율호흡 관련 단백질의 변화를 통해 조기 진단 및 병행 관리 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 또한, 파킨슨병 환자에서의 낙상 원인과 인지 수준에 대한 사회적 인지 연구를 병행하여 종합적인 환자 관리 모델을 구축하고 있습니다.
