이 연구실은 B세포의 발달 과정에서 발견된 새로운 전구성 난세포(Pre-naive B cell)의 생물학적 특성과 기능을 규명하며 면역학적 기전을 탐구하고 있습니다. 동시에 식물성 항산화 물질인 월넛 추출물이 결장암 세포의 간선세포(성분세포)에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 암 치료의 새로운 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 특히 자궁경부암 등 여성의 자궁경비기 동안 높은 위험을 보이는 자가면역질환, 예를 들어 레이노병증의 메커니즘에 대한 연구도 진행 중입니다. 이는 여성의 건강을 고려한 맞춤형 의학적 접근을 추구하는 데 초점이 맞춰져 있습니다.

We have identified a distinct pre-naive B cell population circulating in human peripheral blood that exhibits an intermediate phenotype between transitional and naive B cells. Like human transitional B cells, these cells express CD5 but have intermediate densities of CD38, CD10, CD9, and the ABCB1 transporter compared with transitional and naive B cells. Given the many features we examined, ACEi/ARBs were associated with increased 1-year survival among elderly patients after an AMI. We found LLR to be the best-performing model over RF to predict 1-year survival after an AMI. While SvMSCs produced fibrous tissue during default <i>in vitro</i> chondrogenesis, their fibrocartilage generation potential in the presence of static tension was significantly lower, compared with MCs. Our results support evaluation of cellular response to tensile stimulus as a decisive factor in determining the ideal cell source for fibrocartilage reconstruction.
These indolent PTCLs histologically show diffuse infiltrated small lymphoid cells with low KI-67 labeling index and have a relatively good prognosis, although the epidemiology and pathogenesis are not fully elucidated. We report a case of indolent PTCL with cytogenetic abnormalities and poor response to chemotherapy, along with a brief review of the literature.
The goal of this project is to develop tools that support users' creation of their own behavior-change plans. We conducted two formative user studies to explore people's creation of plans for their own behavioral goals. Users were provided with minimal support to facilitate goal-setting, use of behavior-change techniques, and self-monitoring. In this paper, we present insights on how to further facilitate personalization of behavior-change plans.
