Joon-Ho Lee 교수의 연구실은 주로 농업 해충의 생태 및 유전적 특성에 중점을 두고 있으며, 해충의 생존율, 번식 생애사, 유전적 구조 및 유전자 기반 예측 모델 개발을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 과일 해충의 생애주기와 기후적 요인의 영향, 가축(돼지)의 생산성 및 육질 유전적 특성 분석, 침입종의 유전자 분포와 확산 패턴에 대한 분석도 포함됩니다. 이는 농업 생태계의 지속 가능성을 높이고, 해충 관리 및 유전적 개량 전략 수립에 기여합니다.

A three-dimensional spectral-element method (SEM) based on Gauss-Lobatto-Legendre polynomials is proposed to solve vector electromagnetic-wave equations. To suppress spurious solutions, mixed-order curl conforming vector basis functions are used in the SEM. The advantages of this method include its high-order accuracy and its diagonal mass matrix due to the use of orthogonal Legendre polynomials. Egg and larval survivorship of Carposina sasakii Matsumura in fruits was investigated, and its effects on adult population dynamics was examined by comparing the seasonal adult population trends in apple and peach orchards. Genetic parameters of Berkshire pigs for reproduction, carcass and meat quality traits were estimated using the records from a breeding farm in Korea. Abstract The development, reproduction, and life table of Amblyseius womersleyi (Schicha) were studied at temperatures ranging from 16 to 38°C, 60–70% RH, and a photoperiod of 16:8 (L:D) h.
