Jung-Hee Ryu 교수의 연구실은 주로 뇌신경질환, 특히 알츠하이머병과 같은 인지기능 저하 질환에서 신경생성 및 시냅스 가소성에 영향을 미치는 신호전달 분자, 예를 들어 neuregulin-1(NRG1)의 기능을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 동시에 마취 및 외과 수술 중 환자의 안정성과 편안함을 높이기 위한 진통 및 기도 관리 전략, 특히 레이저 유도 림프절 블록, 마취도구 선택(예: LMA), 및 모니터링 기술의 최적화에 관한 임상 연구도 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 신경생물학적 기전과 임상 마취의 융합적 접근을 통해 환자 중심의 치료 전략을 개발하고자 하는 목표를 반영합니다.
