Jung-Kyu Lee 교수의 연구실은 반도체 메모리 소자, 특히 투명 산화막 기반 저항성 메모리(RRAM)의 전도 메커니즘과 노이즈 특성에 중점을 두고 있다. 주로 열전자 방출, 저주파수 노이즈 및 랜덤 텔레그래프 노이즈를 통해 물질 내 국소적 결함 및 트랩 메커니즘을 규명하며, 산화티타늄 기반 RRAM의 전기적 특성과 신뢰성 향상에 기여하고 있다. 또한 3D 위치 추정 알고리즘 및 기체 센서 소재 개발 등 응용 분야로의 확장도 진행 중이다.

Resistive-switching and current conduction mechanisms have been studied in TiN/Ti/TiOx/HfOx/TiN resistive-switching random access memories (RRAMs). From I-V characteristics and temperature measurement, thermionic emission is found to be the most appropriate mechanism representing the dominant current conduction in all the bias regions and resistance states. Random telegraph noise (RTN) has been studied in amorphous TiOx (α-TiOx) resistance switching random access memories (RRAMs). We investigated the low-frequency noise (LFN) properties of the bipolar switching resistance random access memories (RRAMs) for the first time with amorphous TiO <sub xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">x</sub> -based RRAM devices. In this letter, we propose a novel three-dimensional (3D) localization algorithm based on a simple range-based localization approach. Herein, we report a case of multiple systemic arteries to pulmonary artery fistulas without any underlying causes, presenting recurrent hemoptysis. Transcatheter embolization was successfully performed several times on multiple systemic feeding arteries. Multiple systemic arteries to pulmonary fistulas can be a source of uncontrolled bleeding, and embolization may be a reasonable therapeutic option to control the bleeding.
