켄이치 후노모토 교수의 연구실은 종양 미세환경의 산소 농도 변화가 암세포의 이동성, 생존 및 전이에 미치는 영향을 이해하기 위해 마이크로유체 디바이스 기반의 정밀 제어 플랫폼을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히, 산소 농도의 시공간적 이질성과 내피세포의 투과성 변화를 분석함으로써 암 전이 메커니즘을 해부하고 있으며, 초음파 측정을 통합한 유체역학 시뮬레이션 기술을 활용해 혈류 필드의 정확한 재현을 추구합니다. 이는 암 치료 및 약물 전달 전략 개발에 기여할 임상적 응용가치가 높습니다.
