켄지 테쿠치 교수의 연구실은 신호전달 수용체와 이차 신호 분자의 기능, 특히 수용체 타이로신 키나제와 ATP-결합 수송단백질의 생리적 역할과 암 치료 타겟으로서의 잠재성에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 항암제 개발을 위한 타겟 기반 연구와 함께, 바이러스 감염에서의 숙주 면역 회피 메커니즘, 특히 세균성 및 바이러스성 감염에서의 단백질 합성 유지 메커니즘을 규명하고 있습니다. 특히 EGFR, c-Kit, MRP4, BCRP 등의 단백질 기반 약물 타겟과 바이러스 C 단백질의 면역 회피 기전에 대한 기초 및翻訳 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.

The majority of growth factor receptors are composed of extracellular, transmembrane, and cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase (TK) domains. The role of ATP-binding cassette transporters in the urinary excretion of diuretics was investigated. Significant ATP-dependent uptake of hydrochlorothiazide (HCT) and furosemide was observed in membrane vesicles that expressed multidrug resistance-associated protein 4 (MRP4) and breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP).
