Keun-Ah Cheon 교수의 연구실은 자폐성 혼합 장애(ASD)의 뇌 기능적 연결성, 유전적 소인, 장내 미생물총 변화 등 신경발달 장애의 생물학적 기반을 다각도로 탐구하고 있습니다. 특히 뇌 영상 데이터를 기반으로 한 기능적 연결성 분석과 함께, 자폐증과 관련된 공존 질환(예: 염증성 장질환) 및 장-뇌 축의 메커니즘에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한 임상적 평가 척도의 다문화적 타당성 검증을 통해 정밀의료와 공중보건 적용 가능성을 모색하고 있습니다.
