남기웅 교수 연구실은 뇌졸중의 발생과 예후에 영향을 미치는 생물학적 및 생화학적 지표를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 중성구율대림프구비율(NLR), 혈중 동원산소량(tHcy), 트리글리세리드-혈당 지수(TyG 지수) 등 간편하고 객관적인 생체마커가 뇌졸중의 합병증, 재발, 신경학적 악화와 어떻게 연관되는지 규명하고 있습니다. 연구는 임상적 적용이 가능한 지표 발굴에 초점을 맞추며, 뇌혈관질환의 조기 진단 및 개인화된 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고자 합니다.

Initial and follow-up D-dimer levels were associated with END in AIS patients. Particularly, the follow-up D-dimer level showed a clear correlation not only with END but also with the underlying cancer or the occurrence of VTE during the acute period.
