이 교수의 연구실은 심혈관 질환의 기전 해소와 신뢰성 있는 치료 기술 개발을 목표로 하며, 특히 소혈관 공학, 인공심장판막의 내구성 평가, 그리고 인공지능 기반 의료기기의 임상적 적용에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 혈관 공학 분야에선 생리적 박동을 반영한 생체모방 소동맥 구조를 설계하고, 의료기기의 규제 승인 기준 비교를 통해 글로벌 임상 적용 가능성을 높이고자 합니다. 또한 하복상 혈관 치료 기기의 성능 평가 및 심방세동 치료의 해부학적 영향 요소 분석을 통해 정밀의료에 기여하고 있습니다.

Neoadjuvant gemcitabine and carboplatin showed less non-hematologic toxicity than methotrexate, vinblastine, doxorubicin and cisplatin, and especially less nephrotoxicity was demonstrated for gemcitabine and carboplatin. The goal of this research is to establish a reliable methodology for accelerated fatigue tests of prosthetic heart valves. In a previous communication, we reported a leaflet fracture in a Jellyfish valve that was incorporated into a blood pump, after a 312-day animal implant duration. Subsequent finite element analysis revealed that the fracture location was consistent with an area of maximum strain concentration. Therefore, the aim of this study was to improve the durability in the light of these findings.
