Kiyotaka Nakagawa 교수의 연구실은 식물성 항산화 물질, 특히 티카테킨, 루테오린, 실포라프산, 1-디옥시노지리미딘 등 생리활성 화합물의 대사 및 생체 이용 가능성을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 주로 동물 모델과 임상 시험을 통해 이들 화합물이 항암, 항산화, 항당뇨 효과를 어떻게 발휘하는지에 대한 약리학적 메커니즘을 탐구합니다. 특히 HPLC, 질량분석, 화학발광 검출 기반의 정밀 분석 기법을 활용해 생체 내 농도 변화를 정량화하는 데 뛰어난 전문성을 보입니다.

The effect of green tea catechin supplementation on antioxidant capacity of human plasma was investigated.
