민정 파크 교수의 연구실은 소비자 행동, 디지털 소비 문화, 그리고 신기술 기반의 소비자 경험을 중심으로 연구를 전개합니다. 특히 브랜드 인식, 개인의 가치관이 소비 행동에 미치는 영향, 가상공간(메타버스) 내 소비 의사결정, 가짜 뉴스 확산 메커니즘 등 현대 소비자 심리와 디지털 환경의 상호작용을 심층적으로 분석하고 있습니다. 또한 텍스트 마이닝, 사회망 분석, 머신러닝 기반의 데이터 기반 연구를 통해 실질적인 소비자 트렌드와 정책적 시사점을 도출하고 있습니다.

Following the increasing popularity of mass customization in the online retailing environment, we investigated the effects of self-congruity and functional congruity on consumer responses.
