마츠모토 노부요시 교수의 연구실은 뇌의 고유한 구조인 CA2 및 편측피부질과 같은 해부학적 영역에서의 신경 기능과 시냅스 기반 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 기억 형성, 사회적 행동 조절, 공간 인식 등 뇌 기능의 핵심 메커니즘을 전기생리학적, 형광염색 기반 분석을 통해 규명하고자 합니다. 또한 통합된 뇌 기능을 이해하기 위해 행동 실험과 생리적 기록을 융합한 다학제적 접근을 펼치고 있습니다.
