강상욱 교수의 연구실은 산화 스트레스와 DNA 손상 복구와 관련된 유전자 다형성(예: SOD2, hOGG1, ACE)이 암 및 만성 폐질환과 연관되는지에 대한 메타분석을 중심으로, 특히 유전자 변이가 질병 발생에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 평가하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한, 천연물 유래 화합물(예: 피노레신올 글루코시드, TMARg)이 뼈 형성 및 세포 분화에 미치는 작용 기전을 밝혀내는 생물학적 기전 연구도 진행 중입니다. 이는 산화 방어 효소, DNA 복구 효소, 그리고 천연물 기반 치료제 개발을 연결하는 다학제적 접근을 특징으로 합니다.

In this study, we show for the first time that potassium fluoride (KF) can be utilized as a carrier for facilitated CO2 transport. A polymer electrolyte membrane was prepared by incorporating KF through coordinate covalent bonding with the amide groups of poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP). A theoretical model is made to investigate the coupling effects of the trim and air gap on the frequency response characteristics of a passenger compartment. With the model, a parametric study is carried out to understand the relation between the acoustic response of the cavity and the design variables associated with the roof, trim, and air gap between the two. The validity of theoretical formulations is verified through a comparison between the theoretical results and the finite element analys
