Sang-Won Lee 교수의 연구실은 주로 간질환, 특히 간지방증과 류마티스성 관절염 등 염증성 질환의 생물학적 기전과 예후 예측에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 영상의학적 진단 정확도 향상, 생체마커를 활용한 질환 예측 모델 개발, 그리고 약물의 장기적 영향 평가 등 임상적 응용을 겨냥한 다학제적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 간생검을 기준으로 한 영상 진단 정확도 평가와 면역염증 반응 지표를 활용한 예후 예측에 높은 전문성을 보입니다.

Purpose: To retrospectively compare the accuracy of visual grading and the liver attenuation index in the computed tomographic (CT) diagnosis of 30% or higher macrovesicular steatosis in living hepatic donors, by using histologic analysis as the reference standard. Lactic acidosis not hyperlactatemia was found to predict inhospital mortality more exactly in severe sepsis and septic shock patients. The acid-base state should be considered when attempting to predict the outcome of septic patients using serum lactate levels.
These data suggest that AD may play an anti-inflammatory role in the pathophysiology of RA.
The translaminar screw method avoided damaging vascular structures, especially when the vertebral artery courses in the C7 transverse foramen, and it maintains solid stabilization of the subaxial cervical spine. This technique has 2 important advantages to currently used techniques: it is simpler and is not limited by the position of vascular structures.
