Sangwon Park 교수의 연구실은 모바일 기반 여행 행동과 온라인 예약 행동을 중심으로, 소비자의 위험 인식, 신뢰 형성, 정보 검색 행동, 그리고 스마트폰을 통한 예약 동기 등 디지털 기술이 여행 소비자 행동에 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 분석하고 있습니다. 특히 모바일 예약의 심리적 요인, P2P 숙박 서비스에서의 신뢰 구조, 서사 기반 마케팅 전략 등 실질적인 관리적 시사점을 도출하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 연구는 실증 데이터와 다각도적 분석 기법을 통해 현실성 있는 인사이트를 제공합니다.
