Se In Sung 교수의 연구실은 미숙아, 특히 초저출생량 영아(ELBWIs)의 생리적 안정성과 임상 결과 향상을 목표로 하며, 고산소 환경에서의 수분 및 전해질 균형, 초기 아미노산 보충 전략, 그리고 동맥관 개방의 수술적 치료에 대한 예후 요인 분석을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 24주 임신 이 gestational week 미만의 극미숙아에서의 수액 및 영양관리 전략에 대한 임상적 근거를 확립하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 이는 미숙아의 생존율 향상과 장기적인 신경학적 예후 개선에 기여하고자 하는 연구적 비전을 담고 있습니다.
