우리 연구실은 편도유래 간엽줄기세포(T-MSCs)를 중심으로 면역조절, 뼈 대사, 근육 손상 회복 및 암 치료 등 다양한 질환 모델에서의 세포 치료 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다. 특히 Th17 세포와 골다공증, 류마티스성 관절염 등 염증성 질환에서 T-MSCs의 면역조절 기전과 뼈마모세포 전환 억제, 지방세포 축적 감소 효과를 규명하고 있습니다. 또한 화학요법 유도 근육 위축 모델에서 T-MSC 유래 외소포체(엑소좀)의 기능적 기여를 규명하며, 암 치료에 응용 가능한 새로운 생체모듈을 개발하고 있습니다.
