Sujin Shin 교수의 연구실은 간호교육의 질 향상과 임상적 역량 강화를 중심으로, 시뮬레이션 기반 교육, 비판적 사고 역량 향상 프로그램, 정서지능 및 학업 성취도 간 상관관계 등 간호학생의 전인적 발달을 연구합니다. 특히 임상 환경 적응을 위한 비판적 반성 프로그램과 아로마테라피를 활용한 수면 촉진 전략 등 실천 중심의 간호교육 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 병원 간호 인력 관리 및 환자 안전 확보를 위한 스태프 구성 전략에 대해서도 지속적인 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.

These results suggest that simulation-based nursing educational interventions have strong educational effects, with particularly large effects in the psychomotor domain. Since the effect is not proportional to fidelity level, it is important to use a variety of educational interventions to meet all of the educational goals.
Readily available aromatherapy treatments appear to be effective and promote sleep. Thus, it is essential to develop specific guidelines for the efficient use of aromatherapy.
We therefore suggest that a critical reflection program be considered an essential tool for improving critical thinking and communication abilities among novice nurses who need to adapt to the clinical environment as quickly as possible. Further, we suggest conducting research into critical reflection programs among larger and more diverse samples.
