Suk Bong Choi 교수의 연구실은 조직 내 리더십이 직원의 창의성과 혁신 행동에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 전개하고 있습니다. 특히 포용적 리더십, 변혁적 리더십, 피드백 행동 등 리더십 유형이 조직 몰입도, 창의성, 변화 수용성 등 조직 행동에 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 분석하고 있으며, 사회적 교환 이론 및 자원 보존 이론을 기반으로 한 이론적 틀을 활용합니다. 연구는 주로 한국의 제조, 서비스 기업을 대상으로 한 실증적 설문 조사 자료를 기반으로 하여 실천적 시사점을 도출합니다.

We examined the mediating roles of affective organizational commitment and employee creativity in the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee work engagement. Participants were 246 employees of 6 companies in the services industry in Vietnam, and they completed the Employee Work Engagement Scale, Inclusive Leadership Scale, Affective Organizational Commitment Scale, and Employee Creativity Scale.
