Sung Ok Chang 교수의 연구실은 장기요양 시설에서의 간호 실천과 환자 중심의 간호 품질 향상을 핵심으로 삼고 있습니다. 특히 노인의 기능 유지 관리, 압박상 관리, 신체적 촉진의 의미 있는 적용, 간병사의 회복력 향상 및 FFC(기능적 기능 향상) 인터뷰 전략 등 장기요양 환경에서의 간호 역할을 심층적으로 탐구하고 있습니다. 연구는 실천적 적용과 간호사 역량 강화를 목표로 하며, 환자의 삶의 질 향상에 기여하는 통합적 간호 접근을 추구합니다.

Physical touch in caring as a concept having the dimensions of physical, emotional, social, and spiritual significance needs to be treated in a holistic way and it is possible to enrich the meanings and methods of physical touch in nursing so that its application may have effects that have positive impacts on patients' well-being and comfort.
In this study, we examined nurse resilience, and the results can provide fundamental conclusions useful for the development of an intervention study to improve nurse resilience.
Our review found scientific evidence that FFC interventions improve functional abilities across various levels of cognitive function in nursing homes.
