T. Noguchi 교수의 연구실은 태양계 내 소행성과 근지구 천체의 표면 변화 메커니즘을 해부하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 히야부사와 히야부사2 미션을 통해 회수된 소행성 표면 미세입자에서 관찰되는 우주 weaing(우주 기상화)의 미세구조적 증거를 전자현미경 및 고해상도 분석 기법을 통해 규명하고 있습니다. 연구는 우주에서의 표면 변화, 광학적 특성 변화, 천체 내부의 화학적 변화 등 다양한 측면에서 진행되며, 태양계 초기 환경 복원에 기여하고 있습니다.

The reflectance spectra of the most abundant meteorites, ordinary chondrites, are different from those of the abundant S-type (mnemonic for siliceous) asteroids. Abstract On the basis of observations using Cs‐corrected STEM , we identified three types of surface modification probably formed by space weathering on the surfaces of Itokawa particles. The petrology and mineralogy of four CK chondrites, Karoonda (CK4), Maralinga (CK4), Yamato(Y)-693(CK4), and Elephant Moraine (EET) 87507 (CK5) were investigated in detail to estimate the origin of their quite heterogeneous plagioclases and the metamorphic history of CK chondrite parent body. EPMA analyses and SEM observations revealed that plagioclases in chondrules, CAIs, and matrices in CK chondrites have different compositional variations and that plagioclases in matrices display distinct re
