Won-Young Lee 교수의 연구실은 고체 산화물 연료전지의 핵심 소재인 퍼보스카이트 산화물의 표면화학과 비균질 구조에서의 이온 분포가 전기화학적 성능에 미치는 영향을 연구합니다. 특히 도핑 원소의 표면 분리 거동과 격자 내 상호작용 메커니즘을 원자 구조 수준에서 규명하며, 전자현미경, 표면 분석 및 밀도함수이론 계산을 융합한 다학제적 접근을 펼칩니다. 또한 대사질환 관련 생물학적 마커와 신약 작용 기전에 대한 연구도 병행하고 있어, 에너지 소재와 의생명공학의 융합 연구를 선도하고 있습니다.
