주로 도시 환경과 건강, 기후 변화 대비 도시 설계를 중심으로 한 연구를 수행합니다. 기후 변화에 따른 도시홍수 대응 전략과 스퍼드 시티 정책의 성과 평가, 외부 열적 편안함에 영향을 미치는 환경적·심리적 요인 분석이 주요 연구 방향입니다. 또한 도시 환경 요인과 만성질환(고혈압 등)의 상관관계를 생태학적·사회경제적 관점에서 분석하고 있습니다.

Urban flooding is a major problem for large cities around the world. Rapid urbanization in China has tremendously increased, resulting in more frequent incidences of urban flooding. This paper studies the correlation between built environment factors and the prevalence of hypertension in Wuhan, a typical city in central China. Data were obtained from a regional epidemiological database, which is the 2015 Epidemiological Survey of people under 65 years in 144 communities. The prevalence of hypertension was analyzed in five components based on the WHO framework (land use, transport, accessibility, green space, and socioeconomic status). Results indicated built environment fac
