Y. Kondo 교수의 연구실은 대기 중 유기 aeros올과 black carbon의 발생 메커니즘, 물리화학적 성질, 그리고 기후와 환경에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 고해상도 측정 기술을 활용해 초미세먼지의 조성과 반응성, 특히 화학적 산화와 생물연소에 의한 오염물질의 형성 과정을 규명하고자 합니다. 다양한 측정 기법 간의 정합성 확보와 표준화 작업을 통해 정량적 분석의 신뢰성을 제고하고 있으며, 기후 모델링과의 융합 연구도 활발히 수행하고 있습니다.
