오카와 요시유키 교수의 연구실은 근육 발달과 유지에 핵심적인 전사 조절 메커니즘을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 MyoD, Myogenin과 같은 주요 전사 인자와 Brg1을 포함한 SWI/SNF 복합체가 근육 세포의 분화 및 기능 유지에 어떻게 작용하는지에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 연구는 배아기 근육 형성에서의 전사 조절에서부터 성체 근육의 유지 및 재생 과정까지 포괄적으로 다룹니다.

Many studies have examined transcriptional regulation during the initiation of skeletal muscle differentiation; however, there is less information regarding transcriptional control during adult myogenesis and during the maintenance of the differentiated state.
