Yohan Lee 교수의 연구실은 신경종양학, 특히 간질성 뇌종양(Glioblastoma, GBM)의 연령 관련 생존율 차이를 유전자 발현군 분석을 통해 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 동시에 전력전자 분야에서 고전압·대용량 다중레벨 인버터의 제어 및 최적화 기술, 특히 GTO 기반의 펄스폭변조(PWM) 및 공간벡터파уль스폭변조(SVPWM) 전략 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다. 또한 외과적 재건 수술 및 영상 진단 기법을 활용한 정밀 의료 기술 개발도 함께 진행하고 있습니다.

Electromagnetic metamaterials (MMs) and metasurfaces (MSs) are artificial media and surfaces with subwavelength separations of meta-atoms designed for anomalous manipulations of light properties. This paper presents a new PWM method for the three-level GTO inverters based on the space voltage vectors. With the proposed PWM method, we can minimize the harmonic components of the output voltage by avoiding the minimum pulse width limitation problem of the GTO thyristors and keeping the voltage balancing of the DC-link capacitors. This paper proposes a novel SVPWM (space vector pulse width modulation) strategy for a multi-level voltage source inverter. This strategy is easily implemented as SPWM (sinusoidal pulse width modulation) and has the same DC-link voltage utilization as the general SVPWM scheme. The method to keep the voltage balance of the DC-link is also proposed by the analysis of DC-link voltage fluctuations. The usefulness of the proposed SVPWM is verified through simulation studies.
