이 교수의 연구실은 자궁경부암의 생물학적 마커와 치료 반응 예측을 위한 생체지표 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 전치료 NLR(백혈구/적혈구 비율)이 재발 및 사망 위험을 효과적으로 예측할 수 있는 지표임을 규명하고 있습니다. 또한, 방사선 치료와의 조합 효과를 극대화하기 위해 Wee1 억제제(AZD1775)와 방사선의 병용 치료 전략에 대한 기초 및 임상적 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 최근에는 자궁경부암, 난소암, 자궁체암 등 여성종양의 임상 연구 동향을 종합적으로 분석하며, 표적치료제와 면역검사제 억제제의 임상적 응용 가능성도 탐색하고 있습니다.
