Hyewon Park 교수의 연구실은 심장 질환, 특히 심부전과 심 arrhythmia의 분자 기전을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 미세소RNA(microRNA)와 세포 신호전달 경로(예: Wnt, CaMKII/PLB)를 중심으로 심장 기능 조절 메커니즘을 규명하며, 환경 오염물질(RUA), 약물(예: 나트륨 벤조에이트) 등 외부 요인의 심장 독성 영향을 평가하고 있습니다. 특히, 미세소RNA 기반의 비침습적 심방세동 진단 생물학적 마커 탐색에도 기여하고 있습니다.

The purpose of this study was to validate the newly developed K-WPPSI-IV using other current IQ tests in common use in Korea such as the K-ABC and K-CTONI-2. Fifty three 27 year olds were tested with both the K-WPPSI-IV and K-ABC in a counterbalanced order. This study examined the reliability and validity evidence of the Korean version of Wechsler Primary & Preschool Scale for Intelligence(K-WPPSI-IV), which was standardized recently. Following the stratified sampling for Korean population in terms of region and maternal education level, 1,700 children aged 2.6~7.7 years were recruited for Korean norm development. The split-half reliability (N=1,700) was high(Fisher's z(.75-.89)) and test-retest reliability(N=100) was satisfactory ranging from .95

Ewing sarcoma is a pediatric bone cancer that expresses the chimeric protein EWSR1/FLI1. We previously demonstrated that EWSR1/FLI1 impairs the localization of Aurora B kinase to the midzone (the midline structure located between segregating chromosomes) during anaphase.
