미카코 하이라 교수의 연구실은 주로 치과 복구 치료 분야, 특히 후방 치아의 충치 복원 및 임플란트 보철물의 장기적 성능을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 고분자 기반 복합 수복재와 세라믹 인레이의 내구성, 접착 강도, 색소견 및 치열면 변화에 대한 장기 임상 평가를 중점적으로 다룹니다. 특히, 미국 보건복지부 기준(USPHS)을 활용한 임상 평가 및 전자현미경을 통한 표면 분석을 통해 복원물의 내구성과 생체적합성을 높이기 위한 기초 연구를 지속하고 있습니다.

The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the quality of fired ceramic inlay restorations consisting of a feldspathic porcelain system (G-Cera Cosmotech II) after 6 years in vivo.
