모토유키 무라시마 교수의 연구실은 표면 기술과 마찰· wear 제어를 핵심으로 하며, 세라믹 및 CFRP 성형 공정에서의 부착 문제를 해결하기 위한 나노구조 표면 처리, 탄화물 기반 코ating(특히 ta-C 및 DLC), 전기장 제어 표면 에너지 조절 기술 등을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히, 적층 제조를 활용한 활성형 변형 표면, 전기적 제어를 통한 접착력 조절, 두상 윤활유의 표면 에너지 영향 분석 등 혁신적인 표면 기술을 통해 공정 효율성과 기계 수명을 향상시키는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 이는 고성능 소재의 생산성 향상과 지속 가능한 제조 기술 구현에 기여합니다.

In this paper, we propose a new polishing method for diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings using a carbon fiber brush (CFB). Surface finishing is an important process for DLC coating applications.
