Akindele Abimibayo Adeoya教授の研究室は、災害時における児童の栄養管理と健康維持を柱に、特に災害準備教育と栄養啓発に注力しています。特に子どもたちの食事選択行動や栄養知識の向上を目的とした教育プログラムの開発・評価を実施しており、学校現場における栄養教育の実践的効果や国際的視点からの健康リテラシーの育成にも関心を示しています。また、気候変動に伴う災害リスクの増大を踏まえ、持続可能な健康教育の仕組みづくりをめざした国際的連携研究も推進しています。
