Ammarueda Issariyapat教授の研究室では、アルミニウムとニッケルの相互作用を制御するための電気析出と熱処理プロセスを用い、金属間化合物の形成挙動や界面挙動を解明しています。特に、Al-Ni系における相転移や反応熱の測定を通じて、材料の微細構造と物性の関係を追求しています。この研究は、高耐熱性・高強度材料の開発に貢献する基盤的研究です。

Nickel(Ni) layer was applied to the surface of pure aluminum(Al) by electrodeposition for 15 minutes using a direct current (DC) condition at 0.13 Acm-2. Heat treatment was employed subsequently for 1, 2.25 and 4 hours at the temperatures of 600 and 650oC, which are below and above the eutectic temperature of Al-NiAl3, respectively.
