Professor Ayoung Suh's research lab focuses on understanding the psychological and social dynamics underlying digital work environments, with a particular emphasis on telework, gamification in organizations, and information credibility in digital spaces. The lab investigates how technology design, user experience, and organizational systems influence employee engagement, job satisfaction, and knowledge sharing. Drawing on theories such as technostress, cognitive evaluation theory, and the Elaboration Likelihood Model, the lab develops and tests theoretical models grounded in empirical data from global enterprises. Current research directions include the role of psychological needs in gamified systems, the sustainability of user engagement, and the impact of virtual work contexts on social network formation.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to develop and test a theoretical model that predicts a teleworker’s job satisfaction.
