최근 들어 스마트 폰 사용의 확대로 우리 생활에 큰 변화가 나타나기 시작했다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 스마트기기의 활용으로 나타나고 있는 스마트워크에 대하여 살펴보고 우리나라 스마트워크의 발전 방안을 찾고자 하였다. 전 세계적으로 인터넷 사용의 환경이 최고라 할 수 있는 우리나라의 스마트워크는 다른 나라에 비하여 뒤쳐져 있는 상황이다. 따라서 범 정부적 차원에서 스마트워크에 대한 정책적 지원과 민･관이 협력할 필요가 있다. 스마트워크가 활성화되기 위한 본 연구의 제안으로 먼저 스마트워크에 대한 인식의 변화이다. 지금까지의 산업화에 따른 면대면 관리감독의 업무환경을 벗어나 자율적이고 창의적인 업무환경을 만들어 가는 것이 중요하다. 둘째, 스마트워크에 대한 법적 정의 및 유형을 명확히 할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 스마트 기기의 보안 강화이다. 그리고 정부와 민간이 공동으로 스마트워크센터를 구축하고 민･관이 협력하는 것이 필요하다.

Given the high prevalence of depression, the relationship of depression with poor diabetic self-care and medication adherence, and the increased cost of treatment for patients with depression among individuals with type 2 diabetes, assessment of depression is crucial. Further research is needed to establish effective treatment of depression and its effect on glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes.

We developed age, gender and ethnic specific brain templates based on MR and Positron-Emission Tomography (PET) images of Korean normal volunteers. A new digital redesign technique for nonlinear systems based on the new stabilisable optimal linear model of the nonlinear system is proposed. We report a solitary mastocytoma with a recurrent tense bulla on the palm of a 4-month-old male infant. Histologically there were numerous mast cells infiltrating the dermis. The bulla subsided without treatment in 2 weeks, remaining an oval reddish patch. The present case shows that solitary mastocytoma can occur on the palm, but to our knowledge, this site is unusual.

Mid-term follow-up results after HoLEP in BPH patients showed excellent efficacy and low complication rates. Unlike previous reports, the incidence of SUI and UUI after HoLEP was low, but the occurrence of <i>de novo</i> stone formation in prostatic fossa was notable.
