Professor Je-Yeon Yun's research lab specializes in computational and translational neuroscience, focusing on the neural underpinnings of internalizing disorders such as major depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and psychosis. Using advanced neuroimaging techniques—including structural and functional MRI, graph theory, and machine learning—her lab investigates brain network organization, structural covariance, and their relationships with psychopathology, well-being, and behavioral factors. A central theme is identifying neurobiological signatures and potential biomarkers for early detection and personalized intervention in mental health conditions.
