Professor Ji Hun Kim's research lab specializes in neurodegenerative disease mechanisms, with a focus on Lewy body dementia (LBD) and alpha-synuclein pathology. The lab investigates how ultra-low-intensity ultrasound (ULIUS) modulates astrocyte reactivity through the TRPA1 ion channel, aiming to develop non-invasive therapeutic strategies. Using primary astrocyte cultures, neuron-glia co-cultures, and transgenic mouse models, the lab explores the role of glial activation in neuroinflammation and disease progression. Their work highlights the potential of ultrasound-based neuromodulation as a precision tool for targeting glial and neuronal dysfunction in synucleinopathies.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 공감능력, 간호전문직관, 셀프리더십이 문제해결능력에 미치는 융복합적 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 연구대상자는 편의표집방법을 사용하여 서울, 충남, 울산에 소재한 4년제 대학교의 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생224명으로 2013년 3월 6일부터 4월 20일까지 자료수집이 이루어졌다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 연구대상자의 문제해결능력은 비판적 사고성향, 공감능력, 간호전문직관 및 셀프리더십과 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 학점과 대인관계가 좋은 경우가 그렇지 않은 경우보다 문제해결능력이 높았다. 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 간호대학생의 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 비판적 사고성향, 공감능력, 간호전문직관, 셀프리더십, 학점, 실습만족도이었으며, 그 중 가장 큰 영향력을 가진 변수는 비판적 사고성향이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호대학생의 문제해결능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 비판적 사고성향과 공감능력,

The effect of Y addition on the glass forming ability (GFA) of in Fe70TM(TM=Mn, Mo, Ni)13B17 alloys have been examined in the present study. Substitution of 3-10 at% Fe with Y improves the GFA. Fe70−xMn13B17Yx (x = 5) and Fe70−xMo13B17Yx (x = 3) alloys exhibit high Trg (=Tg/T1)(>0.55) and γ (=Tx/[T1 + Tg]) (>0.37) values enabling fabrication of 1 mm diameter bulk metallic glass.
