Jiuhao Ge教授の研究室では、非破壊検査技術の高度化を目的として、渦電流法を応用した欠陊検出技術の研究が進められています。特に、複雑な亀裂形状や腐食欠陊の高精度な評価を可能にする、回転渦電流法やパルス渦電流法、ACFM(交流電場測定)技術の応用が中心です。信号処理手法や特徴量抽出法を組み合わせることで、表面・非表面欠陊の分類や深さ評価をリアルタイムで実現する技術開発が行われています。

In this paper, a feature termed as the postpeak value is proposed for the pulsed eddy current technique (PECT). Moreover, a method using the postpeak value is proposed to classify surface and reverse defects. A PECT system is built for verification purposes.
