稲見潤教授の研究室は、自己免疫疾患、特に rheumatoid arthritis(RA)の発症メカニズムをT細胞の遺伝子発現およびスプライシングの観点から解明することを柱としています。長距離シーケンシングを用いたフルフレーム長アイソフォームのアノテーションや、単一細胞解析を活用した免疫細胞の多様性解析により、病態の早期予測や治療の新たな標的にする分子の同定を目指しています。特に、自己抗体陽性の高リスク者における免疫細胞の変化を解明し、予防戦略の構築に貢献することを目的としています。
