高abayashi教授の研究室は、炎症性腸疾患(UC)の内視鏡的診断支援に向けたAI開発や、UCに合併する結腸炎関連癌(UCAN)の内視鏡的所見の解明を進めています。また、胃がんに対するI-125線源を用いた低線量率放射線照射の効果を細胞系および動物モデルで評価し、がん治療の新たなアプローチを模索しています。特に、内視鏡的所見とがんの生物学的特性の関連性に注目した、臨床応用に直結する研究が特徴です。
