Liming Shu教授の研究室では、医療機器の設計と生体反応の解明を柱に、人工関節置換術後の生体力学的挙動を高精度に予測する統合的モデリング技術を開発しています。特に、有限要素法(FE)と筋骨格モデル(MS)を融合した個別化された下肢モデルを構築し、手術後のプロステージスの力学的挙動と生体組織の応答をリアルタイムで解析しています。また、骨切断時の熱傷や機械的ストレスが骨細胞に与える影響についても、赤外線熱画像法や細胞応答解析を用いて実験的・理論的アプローチを展開しています。

We describe construction of a single gene encoding a single-chain immunoglobulin-like molecule.
