Liying Yao教授の研究室では、有機分子の結晶構造とその分子間相互作用に注目し、特に弱いC—H…O結合が結晶格子の安定性に与える影響を解明しています。主にX線回折を用いた結晶構造解析を通じて、分子の立体障害や配向の制御、および自己集合挙動の理解を進めています。研究は、有機半導体や機能性材料の設計に応用可能な基礎的知見を提供することを目的としています。
