Professor Marco Comuzzi's research lab focuses on service-oriented computing, with a strong emphasis on service management, quality of service (QoS) negotiation, and service-level agreement (SLA) governance in dynamic and heterogeneous environments. The lab investigates the automation and maturity of Big Data analytics, Web service composition, and context-aware service selection to support adaptive, multi-channel service provisioning. Key research directions include the development of frameworks for SLA establishment and monitoring, QoS contract management, and the integration of non-functional requirements into service orchestration and selection processes.
