本研究室では、自己免疫性炎症性筋炎や脳血管障害に関連するサイトコイニンの役割に注目し、特にIL-6や抗SRP抗体などのバイオマーカーが神経炎症や脳損傷の修復に果たす多様な機能を解明しています。特に、脳虚血後のIL-6の局在と細胞源の特定を通じて、神経保護と損傷修復のメカニズムを解明しています。また、免疫チェックポイント阻害剤に伴う筋炎の早期診断の重要性にも注力しています。
