Takaya Yamamoto教授の研究室は、がん治療における画像誘導放射線治療(SBRT)の最適化と、その長期的効果・合併症の解明を柱としています。特に肺・肝臓・腎臓における悪性腫瘍の局所制御や予後予測因子の同定、ならびに自己免疫疾患に伴う脂肪組織障害の病理像解明にも注力しています。非肥満NASHモデルにおけるGLP-1の肝障害抑制作用や、腫瘍の位置・サイズ、腫瘍付着状態、腎臓の放射線感受性といったバイオマーカーの特定が進んでいます。

These results suggest that GLP-1 inhibits hepatic steatosis and inflammation through the inhibition of hepatic FFA influx and oxidative stress in a non-obese NASH model.
Several factors of oligometastases and SBRT affected LC. LC of pulmonary oligometastases by SBRT showed a significant survival benefit compared to patients with local failure.
