Takehiko Mori教授の研究室は、移植免疫学を基盤とし、特に移植片対宿主疾患(GVHD)と移植片対がん効果(GVL)のバランス解明を主眼としています。マウスモデルを用いた実験により、T細胞の移行が宿主造血機能に及ぼす影響を解析しており、臨床応用に結びつく免疫調節メカニズムの解明を目指しています。また、タクロリムスの血中濃度と急性GVHD発症の関連性についての臨床的検討も進めています。
